Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, red and green bell peppers, and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
  6. Add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
