Ingredients:

  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional buffalo sauce and green onions for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, blue cheese, celery, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with additional buffalo sauce and green onions before serving.
