Ingredients:
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
