- Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup peas and carrots, mixed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix chicken, noodles, peas, carrots, and half the cheeses.
- Whisk soup, milk, sour cream, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine soup mixture with chicken mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish, spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
