Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed (not peeled)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and salt. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. Add two tablespoons of parmesan cheese to the bowl and stir until the potatoes are well coated.
  5. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining two tablespoons of parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
