The addition of crisp lettuce and a quick toast in the skillet creates a deliciously satisfying meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and green peppers to the skillet with the beef, sautéing for about 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the beef is well seasoned.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until well mixed.
  5. Lay out the four tortilla wraps on a flat surface.
  6. Spoon a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  7. Top with the seasoned beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, and a handful of crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos.
  8. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
  9. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps in the skillet, cooking until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  10. Serve the wraps immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings of your choice.
