This Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning Grilled Steak brings the rich, savory flavors of a steakhouse right into your home. The ribeye, seared to perfection on a hot grill, locks in juices and gets a flavorful crust thanks to the iconic Texas Roadhouse seasoning blend. The aromatic addition of rosemary or thyme elevates the dish even further, making it an unforgettable experience.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F/230°C).
  2. Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Drizzle each steak with olive oil and sprinkle Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning generously on both sides, pressing the seasoning into the meat.
  3. Place the steaks on the grill and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
  4. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Add a pat of butter on top while resting.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme before serving for an added aromatic touch.
