  1. Blackstone Cheeseburger Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Butter for grilling

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil to the griddle and cook the ground beef, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Break up the beef into small crumbles as it cooks. Once browned, remove from heat and drain any excess fat.
  3. Butter one side of each tortilla. Place a tortilla, buttered side down, on the griddle.
  4. Layer cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on the tortilla. Top with another tortilla, buttered side up.
  5. Cook the quesadilla on the griddle until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side, flipping carefully.
  6. Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from the griddle and slice into quarters.
  7. Serve immediately, and enjoy the perfect cheeseburger flavor in quesadilla form!
