Ingredients:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled macaroni, bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions to the bowl. Stir until everything is well coated with the dressing.
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
