Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups water (divided)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
  3. Add the lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
