Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until creamy and well blended.
  3. Slowly pour in the lemonade concentrate and lemon zest, stirring until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
