Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

  1. Ingredients:
    • 12 oz spaghetti
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup marinara sauce
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
    4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. In a greased baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Layer the spaghetti mixture on top, then add the remaining marinara sauce.
    6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
    7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
