- Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup roasted garlic, mashed
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh spinach leaves (for topping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, roasted garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and add fresh spinach leaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
