  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
    2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
    4. Add the cooked sausage to the dry ingredients, then pour in the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
    5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
