- Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), melted butter, and eggs. Stir until fully combined.
- Fold in shredded coconut and chopped nuts, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
