Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully browned. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Spoon a small amount of beef mixture into the center of each dough circle, then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Carefully pinch the dough closed around the filling to form a sealed ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush each dough ball. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
