Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ranch or garlic aioli for dipping
Directions:
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil together. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half the garlic butter mixture.
