Italian Meatball Lasagna Roll-Ups are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna—perfect for when you want all the comfort but half the hassle. Rolled up with creamy ricotta, nestled around juicy meatballs, and baked in marinara until bubbly and golden, this dish brings big Italian flavor to your table.

Ideal for weeknight meals, cozy Sunday dinners, or family gatherings, these roll-ups are easy to serve and even easier to love. They reheat beautifully and make a great addition to any meal prep plan. Just one bite, and you’ll be hooked.

Ingredients:

  • 10 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 20 small cooked Italian meatballs (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
  • Chopped parsley or basil for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Lay out cooked lasagna noodles on a clean surface. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture evenly over each noodle.
  4. Place 2 meatballs at one end of each noodle and roll tightly.
  5. Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Place roll-ups seam side down in the dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil before serving.
