Ingredients:

  • 1 can of buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Icing:

  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking pan or skillet.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Dip each biscuit in melted butter, then coat all sides with the sugar mixture. Arrange in the prepared pan.

Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces and mix in vanilla extract. Spread over the biscuits.

Sprinkle the remaining sugar and butter on top. Bake for 35 minutes.

Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuits.
