- Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Layer the spaghetti mixture on top, then add the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
