BBQ Chicken Quesadillas are the ultimate fusion of smoky barbecue flavor and gooey, melty cheese, all crisped up in a golden tortilla. The tender chicken soaked in rich BBQ sauce pairs beautifully with the creamy cheese and sweet bite of red onion. A quick skillet sear turns them into a crispy, crave-worthy meal.
Whether you’re using up leftover chicken or whipping up a fast weeknight dinner, these quesadillas are always a hit. They’re customizable, dippable, and totally satisfying—perfect for busy families, picky eaters, or game-day snacks. Serve with ranch, sour cream, or more BBQ sauce for the perfect finish.
