Transforming the iconic Big Mac into a breakfast delight, this Big Mac French Toast is not just a meal, it’s an experience. The savory blend of ground beef, melted cheddar, and the tangy kick of pickles and onions, sandwiched between soft, golden brioche slices, creates a symphony of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of brioche bread
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for frying
Directions:
  1. Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the dipped bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.
  4. Assemble the French toast: layer a slice of cheese, cooked ground beef, onions, and pickles on a slice of the toasted brioche. Top with another slice of brioche.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
