Brownie Bites in Muffin Pans are the perfect little treats for when you want all the deliciousness of brownies in a bite-sized portion. With their rich, fudgy texture, they’re ideal for snacking, parties, or even as a sweet end to any meal. The mini size makes them perfect for portion control, but they’re so tasty, it’s hard to stop at just one!
- Ingredients:
For the Brownie Bites:
- 1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
- Fresh berries or whipped cream (optional for serving)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding in the vegetable oil, water, and egg. Stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips for extra gooeyness.
- Spoon the brownie batter evenly into each muffin cup, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake to keep the brownie bites soft and fudgy.
- Remove from the oven and allow the brownie bites to cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
