Brownie Bites in Muffin Pans are the perfect little treats for when you want all the deliciousness of brownies in a bite-sized portion. With their rich, fudgy texture, they’re ideal for snacking, parties, or even as a sweet end to any meal. The mini size makes them perfect for portion control, but they’re so tasty, it’s hard to stop at just one!

  1. Ingredients:

For the Brownie Bites:

  • 1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
  • Fresh berries or whipped cream (optional for serving)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding in the vegetable oil, water, and egg. Stir until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips for extra gooeyness.
  4. Spoon the brownie batter evenly into each muffin cup, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake to keep the brownie bites soft and fudgy.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the brownie bites to cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
