Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed Butterfinger bars
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the coated balls until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
