Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger bars
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the coated balls until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
