- Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil, making sure it’s evenly coated.
