  1. Ingredients:
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil, making sure it’s evenly coated.
