Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen French fries
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add ketchup, mustard, and mayo to the beef. Mix well.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish. Top with chopped pickles and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Layer frozen French fries over the top in an even layer.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until fries are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top, and bake an additional 5 minutes to melt.
  9. Garnish with diced tomatoes and green onions if desired. Serve hot!
