Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen French fries
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and mayo to the beef. Mix well.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish. Top with chopped pickles and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- Layer frozen French fries over the top in an even layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until fries are golden and crispy.
