Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: green onions or parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving, if desired.
