Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional: green onions or parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
