  • Ingredients:
    • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
    • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup peas and carrots, mixed
    • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    2. Mix chicken, noodles, peas, carrots, and half the cheeses.
    3. Whisk soup, milk, sour cream, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    4. Combine soup mixture with chicken mixture.
    5. Transfer to baking dish, spread evenly.
    6. Top with remaining cheese.
    7. Dot with butter.
    8. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
    9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
