Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cooked spaghetti, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan, bell peppers, onion, garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
