That’s what you get with these Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls – a delightful treat that combines texture with the irresistible taste of chocolate and peanut butter.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 square sweet chocolate
Directions:
- Mix peanut butter, soft butter, vanilla, Rice Krispies, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate the mixture until firm, then form into balls. Chill again.
- Melt chocolate chips and sweet chocolate in a double boiler.
- Coat each ball in chocolate, set on parchment paper, and refrigerate until set.
