Ingredients:

  • For the dough: 4 eggs, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup flour, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 packet baking powder, 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • For the cream: 1 liter milk, 4 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp potato or corn starch, 1.5 cups powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g butter, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 400 ml whipped cream
  • For the glaze: 200 ml whipped cream, 100 g milk chocolate
Directions:
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Gradually add sifted flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with paper and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  2. Let the dough cool. For the cream, mix milk, flour, starch, powdered sugar, and eggs to form a thick pudding. Off the heat, stir in butter and vanilla sugar. Let cool.
  3. Whip the cream stiff and fold into the pudding. Spread half over the cake, sprinkle crumbled edges, then add the rest of the cream. Cool until firm.
  4. For the glaze, heat the cream, add chocolate, and stir until melted. Spread over the firm cream.
