Ingredients:
- For the dough: 4 eggs, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup flour, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 packet baking powder, 1 packet vanilla sugar
- For the cream: 1 liter milk, 4 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp potato or corn starch, 1.5 cups powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g butter, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 400 ml whipped cream
- For the glaze: 200 ml whipped cream, 100 g milk chocolate
- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Gradually add sifted flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with paper and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
- Let the dough cool. For the cream, mix milk, flour, starch, powdered sugar, and eggs to form a thick pudding. Off the heat, stir in butter and vanilla sugar. Let cool.
- Whip the cream stiff and fold into the pudding. Spread half over the cake, sprinkle crumbled edges, then add the rest of the cream. Cool until firm.
- For the glaze, heat the cream, add chocolate, and stir until melted. Spread over the firm cream.
