Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs
 - 1 ½ cups milk
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
 - 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
 - 1/2 cup diced green onion
 - 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
