Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Pasta (preferably penne)
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- Cook pasta according to package instructions to your liking.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cook garlic for two minutes.
- Add heavy cream and cream cheese, heating until it begins to bubble, but do not boil.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
