- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring (LorAnn or similar)
- Pink and blue food coloring
For the Topping (Optional):

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, and cotton candy flavoring until combined.
- Divide batter into two bowls. Tint one with pink food coloring and the other with blue.
- Pour spoonfuls of each color alternately into the pan to create a swirl pattern. Use a skewer or knife to swirl gently.
- Place the pan in a water bath and bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Remove and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, cotton candy, and sprinkles if desired.
