Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crab meat, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in cheddar cheese and crab meat.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Brush this mixture over warm biscuits.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
