Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
  1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, add sugar, and mix well. Let it sit for 1 hour.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the sugared cranberries, marshmallows, and walnuts to the cream mixture. Fold gently until well combined.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
