These Alfredo Chicken Wings bring together the best of both worlds: the crispy texture of perfectly baked wings and the rich, creamy flavor of a classic Alfredo sauce. Each bite is a delightful combination of tender chicken and velvety sauce, making it an irresistible dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
For the Chicken Wings:
- 20-25 chicken wings
- 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Chicken Wings: Clean the chicken wings using salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
- Season and Bake: Season the chicken wings with seasoned salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Place the wings on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for another 20 minutes. Flip once more and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Gradually whisk in the heavy whipping cream. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, and bring the sauce to a light boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 3 minutes until it thickens slightly. Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Toss Wings in Sauce: Add the baked chicken wings to the Alfredo sauce, toss them to coat evenly, and serve hot.
