Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces macaroni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces cooked seafood mix (shrimp, crab, lobster)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add mustard powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir in cheddar and Gruyère cheeses until melted and smooth.

  8. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
