Ingredients:
- 1 Medium PKG. of softened Philly cream-cheese.
- Two crescent roll tubes.
- 1/2 C. of regular white sugar.
- 1/4 C. of light brown sugar.
- 2 TBSP. of melted butter.
- 1 TSP. of lemon juice.
- 1 TSP. of pure vanilla extract.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and white sugar until well combined.
- Open crescent roll tubes and slice them thickly.
- Layer each slice on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a small wall around the outside.
- Combine melted butter and light brown sugar; brush over each Danish.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F until golden brown.
- Let cool, then add a touch of glaze.
- For glaze: mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, then drizzle over warm Danishes.
