  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 lb hot dogs, sliced
    • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup beef broth
    Directions:
    1. In your crockpot, combine sliced hot dogs, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    2. Pour in the beef broth and stir everything together until well mixed.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
    4. Serve hot over buns or in bowls, and enjoy!
