- Ingredients:
- 1 lb hot dogs, sliced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- In your crockpot, combine sliced hot dogs, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir everything together until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot over buns or in bowls, and enjoy!
