Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
