
Garlic Butter Bacon Rollups are the perfect mashup of garlic bread and bacon grilled cheese — rolled, baked, and packed with flavor. They’re buttery, cheesy, garlicky, and satisfyingly crisp on every edge.

Ingredients:
- 8 slices white or sandwich bread (crusts removed)
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 8 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
- Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 bacon strip on each flattened bread slice. Roll tightly from one end to the other.
- Brush the outside of each rollup generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Arrange rollups seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning once for even browning.
- Serve warm with ranch, marinara, or garlic dip.
