Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, red and green bell peppers, and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
