Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully browned. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon a small amount of beef mixture into the center of each dough circle, then top with shredded cheese.
- Carefully pinch the dough closed around the filling to form a sealed ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush each dough ball. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
