Ingredients:

  • For the Crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • For the Filling:
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • For the Topping:
    • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup peanut butter
    • Additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined and press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the chilled pie and top with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
