Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks (optional)

Directions:

  • Marinate chicken breasts in this mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.

  • Simultaneously, boil the reserved marinade in a saucepan.
  • Mix cornstarch with water and add to the boiling marinade to thicken.
