Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Fudge Brownie Mix.
  • 2 Packages of Miniature Reeses.
  • 4 Cups of Cold Milk (preferably 2%).
  • 2 Packages of Instant Vanilla Pudding.
  • 1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter.
  • 4 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract.
  • Thawed Cool Whip (2 cans of 8-oz each).

Directions:

Prepare the brownie batter as per the instructions on the box and pour into a buttered 12×9-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Check with a toothpick for moist crumbs.

Let cool on a wire rack. Slice into 3/4-inch slices. Halve the peanut butter cups for garnish.

In a large bowl, beat the pudding with milk for 2 minutes to a thick consistency. Mix in vanilla extract and peanut butter. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.

Layer one-third of the brownies in a 5-quart glass dish. Top with peanut butter cups and a third of the pudding.

Repeat layering. Finish with remaining topping and peanut butter cups. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
