Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the sugar and lemon zest until fragrant. Add butter and beat until light and fluffy.
