Ingredients:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni or small pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, cream cheese, and sour cream. Cook for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and half of the cooked bacon.
