Ingredients:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or small pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
