- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the Caesar mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered.
- In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Press each coated chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
