  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley for garnish
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. Coat each chicken breast in the Caesar mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered.
    4. In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    5. Press each coated chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
    6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    7. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
    8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
